Delete your Astarii account

This page explains how to have your Astarii account and everything stored with it permanently deleted. It applies to the Astarii Android app, the browser extension, and the dashboard at astarii.ai — they are all one account.
How to request deletion
- Email hello@astarii.ai from the email address your Astarii account uses. We use the sending address to confirm the request is yours.
- Put Delete my account in the subject line.
- You do not need to include anything else. If you write from a different address, tell us which account address to delete and we will email that address to confirm before deleting anything.
We confirm by reply when it is done. There is no charge, and you do not need an active subscription to ask.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes all of the following, permanently:

| Records | What your agents did — applications sent, posts made, listings submitted |
| Usage | Monthly run counts |
| Devices | Push notification registrations for your phone and browser |
Connected apps (such as Gmail or Google Calendar) are disconnected as part of this. That revokes Astarii's access; it does not affect the account at the provider.
What is kept, and for how long
- Nothing is kept for marketing. We do not retain a copy of your data to advertise to you, and we never sell it.
- Live data is removed within 30 days of your request, usually much sooner.
- Encrypted backups may still contain your data for up to 90 days after deletion, after which they expire on their own. Data in a backup is not used for anything; it is only there so the service can be restored after a failure.
- Your email address may be kept solely as a record that a deletion request was made and completed, which is how we can show the request was honoured. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will remove that too.
Deleting some things without closing your account
You do not have to delete everything to delete something. In the app or the dashboard you can remove an individual Astari, an identity (with its logins and documents), a saved login, a document, or a schedule. Each of those deletes immediately and permanently.
