Pricing questions

What exactly is a cloud minute?

One minute of an Astari working in Astarii's own stealth browser in the cloud — captchas solved, residential connection, nothing left open on your machine. Runs are billed by their real length, rounded up: a 4-minute errand costs 4 minutes, a 40-minute session costs 40.

Why minutes instead of "runs"?

Because runs aren't equal — one can take 2 minutes, another 40. Charging both the same would overprice quick errands and underprice marathons. Minutes match what the work actually costs, so quick tasks stay cheap and you're never guessing what a "run" is worth.

What's a browser minute, and why is that pool bigger?

The same work done in your own Chrome (the extension) or by Astarii Desktop — your logins, your IP, your machine doing the browsing. It costs us very little to serve, so every plan's browser pool is roomier than its cloud pool. Smart-routed cloud missions that run in your browser draw from this pool too.

What's the longest a single run can go?

45 minutes on Pro, 90 on Max, 2 hours on Ultra. At the wall the Astari wraps up cleanly and records where it stood — and a scheduled task simply carries on at its next fire. It's what keeps one stuck run from quietly eating your month.

What happens if I run out?

Runs pause until the 1st, or top up with 250 extra cloud minutes for $9.99 — added to the current month. It's always a hard stop, never a surprise bill. Schedules, transcripts, Identities and task memory are never deleted.

Is there a daily limit?

Only a safeguard, set well above normal use (150 minutes a day on Pro, 300 on Max, 600 on Ultra). It exists so a misconfigured schedule can't drain your whole month in one day — it protects you, not us.

When does billing start?

Not yet. Everything is free during the beta — no card. These are launch prices; beta users get clear notice before anything is charged, and early supporters will be treated kindly.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — month-to-month, no contracts. Downgrading keeps all your data; you just get the smaller pools.
