Common questions
- A run is stuck or did something odd. Stop it from the live view, then check its transcript under Activity — every step is recorded. Email us the approximate time if you want us to dig in.
- The extension says sign in. Accounts are free — create one here. Your account works across the website, extension, desktop and Android.
- Where do I manage billing? In the dashboard under Settings — plans, invoices and cancellation are all handled through Stripe's own portal.
- How do I delete my account or data? Email hello@astarii.ai from your account address and we will remove it.
