Two allowances, counted separately, shown in the meter in your sidebar.
What counts as a run
One run is one job, start to finish, however many steps it takes. A run that applies to a job and a run that reads one page cost the same.
A run is counted when it starts, not when it succeeds. A run that begins has already reserved a browser, so a failed run still counts. Runs you cancel before they start do not.
The two allowances

This is why smart routing is worth turning on: it moves work off the small pool onto the big one, without you changing how anything is set up.
The daily cap
Alongside the monthly allowance there is a per-day cloud cap. It is a safety net, not a budget: it exists so a misconfigured schedule cannot burn a month of runs in an afternoon. Normal use never reaches it.
Where to see it
The meter in the sidebar shows what you have used this month. It appears in the same place on the website, the desktop app and the Android app.
Hitting a limit
You get a plain refusal before anything starts, not a run that dies halfway. Scheduled Astarii pause rather than erroring, and pick up again when the allowance resets.
“Try it without an account” gives you a small lifetime allowance and the example tasks only, so you can watch an Astari work before deciding anything. Free text and your own identities need a real account.
